The Connected Agency delivered on every deliverable - our brand identity and guidelines, our brand assets, and even consulted on our website layout. These have all been incredibly well received and praised - both internally and externally.

They delivered incredibly fast - working extensively over the December and January holidays. They were incredibly adaptive and responsive throughout the entire project.

I can honestly say that I do not have any areas for improvement to share given how happy we are with the outcome. The process required quite a bit of involvement and commitment from my team; however, this is what led us to such a positive outcome. It was all well-worth it.

Clinton and his team had conducted market research about my company and industry to design a brand identity and new company name that better reflects our core services and our market.

Successfully landed on a great name and a really solid visual design and brand playbook where the design team immediately understood the goal and what we were aiming for. The whole process was so easy and seamless. Really felt the agency got who we are and what we're about, and they were really thorough in conducting their research.
