I'm a Head of Design at citizenremote. We provide users with information about digital nomad visas, travel programs, and other useful information for Digital nomads.

We used an audit service to find our weak points and increase our sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them on Instagram.

First things first, we had a call where we talked about what our company is doing and our goals. After that guys from Confetti took a couple of days to run through our website and found a couple of weak points and proposed a solution for them.

Their CEO was the main person who i contacted with.

We're currently in the progress of updating our website with solutions that were provided in the audit

We hired the services of Confetti Design studio for the UX and flows in our app for our MVP release.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of my co-founder has heard from his circle about the good work that the team has done previously. We interacted with Rishabh initially and asked him to present few design themes that were prominent with our target demography.

Our engagement was for the design for our MVP stage. The designs were given to us in Figma.

2 people. Rishabh who is the owner of the studio was directly involved with us during the entire duration.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All the deliverables were completed within the agreed upon time and with good quality. The brainstorming sessions with the team were very helpful in designing the most important features for our app.

Not too much aware of this aspect. Most of the communications happened over zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Even though we are very early in our journey still, their team was highly professional and was always up for modifying the flows based on the discussions. The engagement was very smooth.

None I can think of.

We are very please with the performance of Confetti. They are very agile and fast in their work. Rishabh (Founder) has a remarkable work ethic to get the work done efficiently.

The team goes out of the way to communicate at any given time. They understand a companies need and have been always willing to contribute in the most challenging projects.

They are a one-stop design solution shop for startups.

We hired Confetti for UI/UX revamp of our mobile application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We say Confetti's profile on Instagram. We totally bet on Risabh for this. His knowledge and passion for this project really helped us in deciding to go with Confetti.

We had a series of meetings where we discussed how to make the app user-friendly. Our aim was to make the look and feel of the app very clean so that the user can be comfortable sharing their personal information.

Rishabh was the only one who worked on this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our app has not launched yet so doesn't have any measurable outcomes. But Team and Investors both loved the new design of Chipn.

Rishabh was always easy to communicate with. His time and project management skills were phenomenal, which led to before time delivery of the product. We used Figma for design.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their in-depth knowledge, passion, and management skills are very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, I wished if they have provided arrow flow of the screens, then it would have made it easier for our developer.
