Colormatics produced two spot videos that featured multiple buildings and all of the sanitization efforts. We provided an outline of what we wanted to include in the videos, and they came up with the creative concept to achieve those goals visually and musically.
Because we covered so much across different spaces and had to deal with the COVID-19 restrictions, it took us four full days to shoot the videos. They also put together some Boomerangs, Cinematographs, and small videos for our social ads and paid advertising efforts. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We got positive feedback from internal business partners as well as media and influencers that attended the event. Everyone loved it and had a great time.
How did Colormatics perform from a project management standpoint?
At the onset of the project, they presented a timeline of deliverables and deadlines. We worked off of that timeline and touched base on a weekly basis. We met in-person for those but most communication was over email. Their team was dedicated to making sure we had all the elements we wanted.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were very creative, responsive, timely. Their team took a lot of pressure off of us because they handled it so well. All we had to do was approve things and make minor edits to the proposed packaging.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, our working relationship was great. Everything went smoothly, and they were quite responsive. Overall, it was a good experience.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re always up for a challenge. Give them an overall vision of what you’re trying to do. Then, let them come back with recommendations. They came up with some interesting elements that we didn’t think about internally.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior medical science liaison of a global allergy immunotherapy company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Colormatics?
We wanted to come up with a novel way to engage physicians during the pandemic. We had been having access issues; physicians weren’t necessarily seeing a lot of my colleagues in their offices. Our team tried to find a way to bring them in and bring them insights about our company and what we do.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re providing video production services for us. In the first stage, Colormatics worked with our source material facility. They did an in-depth tour of the facility and gave everyone a firsthand look into the operations of that facility. Their team went to our farm and filmed the trees, leaves, and grasses we collect and harvest for allergen extraction formulation. They also went into our manufacturing facility to get insights into how we culture house dust mites.
We did a merge of pre-produced footage and a live event. The Colormatics team integrated a prerecorded tour with a live Q&A session so our physicians could interact with the individuals at our source material facility. They also handled post-production, taking all the material and compiling it into a couple of different offerings. Our medical and sales teams utilize the video through various engagements.
What is the team composition?
I work primarily with Sean (Co-Founder & COO) and haven’t interacted much with the other team members.
How did you come to work with Colormatics?
I found them through Google. I was seeking something that was different. Colormatics was amongst the few vendors that stood out for having experience with live events. I reached out to four organizations and Colormatics responded the quickest. I had a telephone call with Sean and it was easy to have a conversation with him. He knew his stuff and immediately understood our vision.

What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement started in September 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had the highest attendance ever for any of our programs. What’s more, we received phenomenal feedback from physicians, including some who were interested in getting contact information for Colormatics so they could utilize them for some of their projects.
How did Colormatics perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been excellent with project management. We communicate almost daily through emails and calls. Their team has kept us abreast of everything that’s happening. There have never been any questions about what the status was for the project.
They respond to every small request and are always perfectly happy to accommodate. Their team did a couple of quick pivots for us and made everything look beautiful.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their flexibility was the best. There were a few last-minute additions and tweaks and they handled those with no frustration and no issues. Their team took our feedback and comments and immediately made changes and even facilitated some last-minute filming to ensure it was exactly how we wanted it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, it’s been great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them some opportunities for creative input. They have great ideas and ways to tweak things ever so slightly so it becomes more interactive and brings another element to your event. Giving them that creative license took our event up a notch in comparison to what it had been if we had just dictated.

Our law firm is a personal injury law firm, headquartered in central Washington state with offices throughout eastern Washington. I am the owner of the law firm.

We were interested in developing a long form "about us" style video and short ad style films.
What were your goals for this project?
With the onset of covid, we began investigating methods to make our advertising dollars more accountable and to maximize our exposure. Our goal was to develop high end tools that could be replicated across marketing platforms.
SOLUTION
How did you select Colormatics?
We were referred to colormatics by our ad people at krem. We compared pricing and products of colormatics against a number of industry-specific marketing providers. Colormatics had the strongest portfolio and, surprisingly, offered exceptional pricing.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
Colormatics laid out a full shoot schedule which was pre-approved. They arrived on scene early one morning and traveled across central Washington to four separate locations to make an exceptionally tight yet comprehensive video about our firm. We began around 8 am and wrapped about 430 pm.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Colormatics maintained excellent lines of communication including via email, text, cell and the video editing platform that they utilized. I always felt "in the loop" with them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We've only recently implemented the short form ads into our television marketing but the results thus far are promising. People have been uniformly impressed with the long form video that is on out website and other marketing platforms. We are only two months into using it, but have gotten immense positive feedback from the project.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

What did you find most impressive about this company?
The personal touch. These guys have handled much bigger companies and organizations than ours. It would've been easy to say, "this is good enough for what you've got going." We never felt like we were unimportant or like our project was backburnered for some bigger fish.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Honestly no. We are very enthused with what we have already and will probably run it back in the future. We have already referred many friends their way.
