Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I reached out to Jesse with Colorado Hi-Tech to consult his services in learning more about how his company manages small businesses and their technology. Along the same lines I needed to specifically focus on cybersecurity and what software is best to use when monitoring and securing a network. This consulting was very detailed and we spent a lot of time on the phone to go over the process but more specially what software is best to use when securing a network.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I learned a lot during our discussions. We went over security products and what those results provided. Jesse gave me specific examples and metrics to show me how his company does it. He also introduced me to a couple of his technical people to help me out with specifics in end point management and email security management.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Jesse and his team were responsive and knowledgable. I didn't have to wait more than 24 hours to get an answer back. Jesse and his team over exceeded my expectations. I was able to implement what I learned right away, feeling confident that the information I received was good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jesse's company is mature. They have years of experience and it seems he has the right people working with him. Jesse is friendly and knowledgable - that helped the communication and trust to happen fast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Colorado Hi-Tech Solutions could have done differently?

I have not seen any while working with Jesse. Himself and his team knew what they were talking about and the information I received was clear and concise. I really enjoyed talking with him.
