Collab IT quickly provided a dedicated, CRO-focused Shopify developer to support advanced Shopify Plus implementations. The scope included custom bundle logic, complex subscription setups, and product page configurators, along with quiz-based pages and checkout extensions. All solutions were built to support experimentation, A/B testing, and analytics.

They also delivered clear technical documentation and implemented a highly customizable setup, allowing content and design updates to be managed by non-technical team members without developer involvement. The implemented changes significantly improved conversion rates and overall sales, while maintaining stable storefront performance with no impact on site speed.

The primary measure of success was a clear increase in conversion rates and sales, along with pixel-perfect design implementation, a flexible analytics setup, and a highly customizable solution that allowed the management team to make changes without developer support, which was a key requirement for the client.
