We tasked ColdStart with developing and implementing a comprehensive B2B lead generation strategy through email marketing. The scope of work included the establishment of a robust email infrastructure to support targeted outreach campaigns without jeopardizing our main domain's integrity. 
Key deliverables encompassed: 

• Subdomain Creation: Creation of new subdomains to ensure email campaigns are conducted safely without affecting the main company domain's email reputation.
• Email Account Setup: Establishment of dedicated email accounts for each subdomain to facilitate campaign sends and monitor responses, ensuring a seamless flow of communication.
• Email Marketing Platform Integration: Configuration of a leading email marketing platform to serve as the primary tool for creating targeted lists, building and sending email campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. This platform also functioned as a significant resource for sourcing contact lists.
• Email Sending Infrastructure: Integration with a top-tier email service provider to enhance email deliverability through the use of dedicated IP addresses. This included the purchase and management of IP pools to maintain healthy sender reputations.
• Landing Pages: Development and implementation of multiple landing pages tied to various campaign pitches, complete with strong calls to action (CTAs). These pages were designed to align with existing site aesthetics while efficiently capturing lead information. - 
• Digital Advertising Support: Implementation of a complementary digital advertising campaign, leveraging a cost-effective strategy to maximize visibility and support email outreach efforts. 

ColdStart's comprehensive approach ensured the delivery of a scalable, efficient lead generation strategy, incorporating advanced tools and methodologies to optimize email marketing efforts. This strategic framework was designed to generate targeted leads while maintaining high standards of deliverability and compliance.
