Once an agreement is signed, we move fast. A dedicated account lead is assigned as your single point of contact, and within the first week we set up the analytics dashboard and baseline metrics that everything else gets measured against, whether that's market cap, follower counts, community size, or conversion data. In parallel, we run a kickoff process to lock the specific plan: confirming priority workstreams, KOL or media targets, content calendar, and any compliance guardrails the client needs followed, such as excluded regions or messaging restrictions. For retainer engagements, this typically means a week-by-week execution sequence for the first month rather than a vague ramp-up period. Clients get weekly syncs and regular reporting from week one.
