The ability to have constant communication despite the time zone difference was impressive, along with the product delivery time. Overall, a truly impressive team who stepped up to the challenge we threw at them.

I'm busy developing a Health Companion platform. To start the project we have developed a suite of medication safety tools. Tools that make it easy to take medication safely. With Codiste we developed a medication reminder function, a pill interaction function, a medication and health condition look-up function as well as a vaccine certificate wallet.

I needed a vendor to take over an existing failing development. I looked online for suitable vendors to help me salvage what I could from the failing project. We had numerous meetings on how to proceed. As Codiste was the vendor that would have to rescue the project, the bar was set very high.

The goal of the project was to develop a mobile app for IOS and Android. Front-end work was done with Flutter using Firebase for notifications. Back-end is hosted on AWS it was developed using a Django Python framework using MVC architecture approach. A notable feature is the Medication Interaction Took that is built using Flutter and integrated with external APIs.

The project was delivered on time and on budget. I was able to add additional features without difficulty thereby improving the functionality of the go-to-market app significantly.

Communication was excellent. I was able to work with the team using productivity tools such as Slack, Lucidchart and Miro. It was like being in the same office as the team. There were no delays. We had regular catch-up meetings. Problems were solved on-the-go.

With Codiste the entire experience was as if I have a top notch team in my office. The engineering work is excellent. The project management is excellent. All of that is only possible when everyone working on the project is thinking about everything else on the project as well. Codiste pvt ltd was committed to delivering the best app possible as soon as they could.

I wish I could have read this review earlier and therefore had the confidence to give Codiste the project earlier.

I’m the managing director of a small team that does e-commmerce development.

We needed to develop a smart contract and program code for our project. We engaged with them because they had product and software development skills that we lacked.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve developed the program code that interfaces with the Ethereum network. It’s a platform with a set of standards for cryptocurrency coding parameters.

Codiste has built the backend structure, which is the code for setting non-fungible tokens (NFTs) online. They’ve also developed the frontend interface. Moreover, they’ve helped us deploy our contract into a marketplace that interacts with the smart contract, which allows us to sell products.

The team has built everything from scratch using React, Node.js, and web3.js.

We’ve worked with three people from their team, including a manager and two developers.

We found them through Upwork. We had an interview with them, and they had the right skills for our project.

We began our relationship with them at the end of July 2021, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The launch was successful; we didn’t have any issues. Since it’s a digital product, there hasn’t been an increase in traffic, but we’ve seen success.

How did Codiste pvt ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

We initially had a three-month time frame, and we needed to push it two weeks due to the scope of work. We had three deliverables, and they met each one under the new timeframe pressures.

Overall, there haven’t been issues. We had complexities during development around the increased functionality we wanted, but they’ve looked after us.

We communicate through a web messenger app similar to Slack. The tool has Kanban board-style software.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s their communication skills. They communicate clearly and outline the product roadmap for us. It has been very easy to work with them.

No, everything has been good.

The delivered code was solid and functioned as agreed. The platform performed well front end to backend and the smart contract worked very well.

The project was very well managed from their side; a variety of tools where used to maintain instant and constant communication with the team including Slack, WhatsApp, email and other development related designs and modeling tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their response time and availability at all times including weekends; their experience in managing large projects and inter-team coordination was very well received and helped us . Their ability to adapt to changes in our requirements while focusing on the deliverables was impressive. All a must-have when working on projects of this complexity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, there was nothing that stuck out as needing to improve, they kept the project on track and delivered the requirements sometimes with considerable changes agreed. They also were fair in estimating any extra costs that we incurred to so out of scope modifications.

I’m the manager of a company that creates crypto-type projects.

We hired Codiste to help us with an NFT-collection project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to create an NFT collection platform, so I built the community and handled the marketing aspects of the project. Then, Codiste created the entire collection through Metaplex. This software allowed them to create the collection on the Solana blockchain technology. The team designed the entire backend of the software, handling the code and everything else for the product. 

At present, we’re able to sell the NFT collection on a Solana-based marketplace. We’re currently working on another project with Codiste.

The platform is 100% secure and everything has been done flawlessly — it’s absolutely perfect. Moreover, everyone has given positive feedback to the NFT collection.

How did Codiste pvt ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Codiste’s project management is amazing. We’ve had a strict deadline, and the team has done a great job meeting that. They’ve spent a ton of hours working on the project. In terms of tools, we use Trello. To communicate, we use Skype. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have a good relationship. It’s tough to deal with other development teams. By contrast, Codiste is extremely responsive. They even work during the weekends to get the job done. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. Everything went according to plan, so I have no complaints. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with Codiste if you’re looking for a team that’s easy to deal with and provides quality services. They accomplish the job on time; if they say they’ll finish it at a specific time, they get it done. That’s hard to find among other teams.
