BACKGROUND

I am the Founder of PilotBridge

Service that connects contract pilots with aircraft operators.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• Build MVP
• SMS messaging
• Mapping/resume service/user service

SOLUTION

Other

• Close to my geographic location
• Great culture fit
• Company values aligned

2-5 Employees

The work included complete website development from the ground up. Within the website are two parties, SMS texting service, scheduling service, FAA registry look up, SIGN UPS, TWILIO connection, database connection, etc.

The key deliverables were a working MVP product. Working website. Integrated SMS texting system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Within two months, we have seven paid members on our website. Four of which opted in for the annual subscription.

Throughout the two party system, we were able to sign up over 50 contract pilots throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. We also signed up three high value aircraft operators. Success came within about one month. Monthly revenue is enough to sustain the website on its own. We will continue to grow and become profitable within 3 months.

They absolutely delivered every product on time without fail. I had an open channel of communication to the development team the entire time. We met through a video call at least once per week. The level of communication is fantastic.

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

I appreciated their willingness to learn. There are a lot of variables that come into play with my specific website and the development team did everything they could to learn every single part about it. They became well informed developers, and it overall led to the success of the MVP.

I can't think of anything I would've had different. They were more than helpful with any questions I had and guiding me to success.
