We engaged Coder Trove to build a comprehensive MVP for a Cyber-as-a-Service platform tailored to elevate the cybersecurity posture of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This project involved a full-cycle development approach, beginning with in-depth consultations on user experience, requirements gathering, alignment with business objectives, and the design of a future-ready software architecture. The MVP was launched swiftly and received strong positive feedback, leading to an extended staff augmentation agreement to provide a dedicated development team. The ongoing contributions combined strategic advisory services with high-quality software engineering, driving impactful enhancements to the platform’s capabilities and value.

Questions where answered promptly and most importantly the job board gave complete transparency and accountability

We had to pivot on occasion but this also was seamless and they responded well

The Gm took accountability for alot, the leaders of a business being involved was great.

Quality and the ability to deliver this quality was done in a quick way and we didn't have any surprises

None, the leveraging of Slack and other communication tools was a great fit and SLA's were never missed on requests

Yes, we used Jira to track all tasks and timelines, we required commited timelines by task, hours and days and held everyone accountable.

We used slack as our instant comms channel and ewas advised of completion of taks via this which was fantastic

The scope of work involved a complete redevelopment of our investor portal, data migration, and a new website. We needed to consolidate and clean data from an old investor portal, various Excel spreadsheets, and Zoho CRM, resolving significant data misalignment issues. They built a new investor platform featuring personalised dashboards, automated property updates, document sharing, and CRM/marketing integration. They also handled the migration of legacy data, website design, and provided ongoing maintenance and support. The key deliverables included the investor portal, data migration/cleaning, a revamped website, and ongoing availability when we need new features. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have all our data in one place, which has made managing investor information much easier and more accurate. The new portal has streamlined many of our processes, cutting down on the amount of manual work we used to do. Our clients have found the new system easier to navigate, and there has been more consistent engagement. Overall, the project has definitely made our day-to-day operations and outreach a lot smoother.

Their project management was solid. This was only our second tech project, so we weren’t too familiar with the process, but they made it easy. They set clear timelines and stuck to them, and gave sprint reporst every two weeks, which we appreciated. Anytime we needed changes or had questions, they're quick to respond and are reasonable with what changes are allowed.
