I am the IT project manager of the company and I am responsible for the product development in our company

For what projects/services did your company hire Codegenix?

We hired Codegenix to increase our developer team in order to be able to increase our product delivery speed. Basically we rented full-time developers from them

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We were in contact with many other agencies and the deciding factor was that they were the first company to provide high quality candidates for a reasonable price.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They provided one backend Java developer and 1 frontend developer in order to speed up our software development. The backend developer was working the build the new backend in Neo4j and migrate from firebase. The frontend developer was working on our website and customer dashboard

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

Discussed our needs with Codegenix account representative and they provided cv's. After CV selection organised 2 rounds of interview.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to achieve the company goals in regarding what had to be delivered.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It the developers joined as team extension it was quite smooth, because they quickly catched up with our code and internal processes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver a good quality workforce at a reasonable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they should have a clear discount system.
