1. Automated quote generation and sending to new prospects via the Request for Quote form on the AceBIT website. 
2. Implementation of a Quote Flow. 
3. Automated invoice and delivery document generation based on invoice stage. 
4. Implementation of an Invoice Flow. 
5. Integration with a Key Generation service for delivery document generation. 
6. Integration with SevDesk for syncing customers and invoices between systems.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The implementation of various Salesforce solutions by Max and his Code Ohana team has significantly automated our work. Creating quotes or finding the right contact person, which previously took 15-30 minutes, now takes just a few clicks. This efficiency allows us to focus on core tasks, not wasting time on quotations, invoices, etc. The new features enable quick and direct contact finding, improving our overall performance.
