I’m the CEO of a mobile app startup called Deets.

We hired CoAxn Technology to build a mobile app that would allow users to easily and quickly swap contact information.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals with our app were to eradicate the need for paper business cards and to ensure that, when two people used the app, they could swap contact info reliably and quickly each time.

The brilliant head of CoAxn Technology answered a post that I'd put on social media and then showed me an example of their work, which impressed me.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We have recently launched the app, and people love it. We're currently finding challenges and solving them. Potentially, if we get to where we want to be, this app could replace all paper business cards, which would be exciting and significant.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They have excellent project management skills; communication is key.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're with me for the long term. They find and fix challenges when they occur. They care about the aim of the app.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I can’t think of anything. As long as we keep testing and updating the app with new features, the future looks bright.
