I was referred to this vendor through Clutch. I was impressed with the digital strategist over at Coalition Technologies who I spoke with on a discovery call. I was given the impression that the team would be large, technology capable, and resourceful.

Step 1 was to build out tracking and attribution in GA4 so that we could properly analyze customer journeys and KPI's. Simultaneous to step 1, their team would develop creatives for new campaigns: concepts, graphics & copy. We never got beyond those two steps because the project was so poorly managed.

I had two account managers, PPC ad manager, copywriter, leadership and a programming team. Despite the hefty resources, there was a serious lack of communication, an inability to meet deadlines, mismanagement between their own departments, and no guidance from leadership whatsoever.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Coalition Technologies carelessly poured over $10,000 into a campaign that yielded no conversions. We wasted thousands of dollars on this campaign that ran almost two months. I never approved this amount of budget nor was I ever provided with guidance or recommendations on pivoting or optimizing on this campaign.

Alignment calls took place between myself and the account managers every two weeks. They were never prepared with the results of that campaign that we needed to use our limited meeting time to discuss. Reporting was a joke, I would receive an email full of screenshots that wouldn't download, no analysis or insight into these results were ever provided despite abysmal numbers and lack of ROI.

On paper they seem great because of their robust team and tech resources. I can't say I was impressed with anything about their company as I went through my experience.

Better communication. I would go for days just waiting to hear back on the status of a campaign that was time sensitive. It made me feel like our company was an absolute last priority for them and that we were just sitting on the backburner.
