We changed our e-commerce from Shopify to Big Commerce and they recommended Coalition. We have had SEO contractors in the past and they do not compare.

Coalition has done a number of projects for us; they always start with making sure we are understood and know what we want. They give us a pitch with thier suggestions on which marketing tools to use and we discuss. Most recently we have been working closely with out blogs and FB presence.

Currently we have 2 lovely ladies working with us, Maddie and Dre.

Our audience has tremendously grown at least double since Coaltion jumped on board.

They help us with it all! SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, you name it.

Researched a bit more what our marketing consists of, but overall they have now improved their strategy. Our industry is pretty complex.

For Amazon marketing, there is a lot of scope of work: Strategy Planning, Campaign Planning and Creation Targeting and Ads Creation, and Analyzing Performance Against KPIs. They create or optimize the copy for product titles for the keywords most relevant to the item.

Edit the images to ensure they meet Amazon's guidelines and increase the Click-Through Rate (CTR) from the results pages. Also for the SNS marketing, they provided SNS Content Creation and Distribution, Specialized Campaign Activities, and Influencer marketing.

On our working dashboard, we have more than 30 ppl for working on our projects. we have a PPC team, SEP Team, Copywriters, Digital Producers, and Social Media specialists.

Our brand awareness increased. And SNS followers, engagement, and reaching out numbers are increased as well. Also, it affects our sales increasing.

Even though they didn't use our products, they strongly understand our products. Also, even though our team didn't explain much about our business and brand theme, concept, and background, they found the proper marketing strategies for us.

We switched to Coalition Technologies for SEO and PPC services after being with our prior agency for almost 5 years. Our only regret is that we didn’t make the change sooner. To all prospective clients researching Coation Technologies, the most important things that you need to know about them are that they’re competent, capable, professional, approachable, trustworthy and ethical.

If it wasn’t for their proficiency, my campaign would have been a complete debacle. They inherited a mess and were faced with extreme challenges that they didn’t foresee. Our expectation was that they would help to build out a better martech infrastructure so that accurate tracking and attribution could take place in google analytics, that we would receive an ROI within the first three months on PPC Ad campaigns that would be created, tested, and optimized by Coalition Technologies in order to see a significant increase in new customer acquisition by end of year.

I was referred to this vendor through Clutch. I was impressed with the digital strategist over at Coalition Technologies who I spoke with on a discovery call. I was given the impression that the team would be large, technology capable, and resourceful.

Step 1 was to build out tracking and attribution in GA4 so that we could properly analyze customer journeys and KPI's. Simultaneous to step 1, their team would develop creatives for new campaigns: concepts, graphics & copy. We never got beyond those two steps because the project was so poorly managed.

I had two account managers, PPC ad manager, copywriter, leadership and a programming team. Despite the hefty resources, there was a serious lack of communication, an inability to meet deadlines, mismanagement between their own departments, and no guidance from leadership whatsoever.

Coalition Technologies carelessly poured over $10,000 into a campaign that yielded no conversions. We wasted thousands of dollars on this campaign that ran almost two months. I never approved this amount of budget nor was I ever provided with guidance or recommendations on pivoting or optimizing on this campaign.

Alignment calls took place between myself and the account managers every two weeks. They were never prepared with the results of that campaign that we needed to use our limited meeting time to discuss. Reporting was a joke, I would receive an email full of screenshots that wouldn't download, no analysis or insight into these results were ever provided despite abysmal numbers and lack of ROI.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

On paper they seem great because of their robust team and tech resources. I can't say I was impressed with anything about their company as I went through my experience.

Better communication. I would go for days just waiting to hear back on the status of a campaign that was time sensitive. It made me feel like our company was an absolute last priority for them and that we were just sitting on the backburner.

98% Retention Rate. No other SEO company even mentioned retention rate on their website. The website certainly drew us in and made us curious to want to discuss working together more.

The communication leading up to the initial meeting went very smooth, and access to communication has never been a problem. The first meeting absolutely won us over. We didn't even bother meeting with the other competitors.

Expectations were clear and a the timelines for results were realistic and not oversold. The personalized service that is tailored to my business really put me at ease.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of any. I haven't inquired much about filling an internal void of having a "computer tech" person on staff to assist with implementation of software that impacts our success. I would want more advice in terms of how to bring someone on my staff to help with software integration.
