We hired them to help us develop our e-commerce website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Coalition Technologies provides us with e-commerce development services. They’re helping us build out our website using Shopify as the platform. They mostly work on the backend of our site, developing applications that allow us to collect different types of data. They’re also implementing various functionalities to make our site more user-friendly and navigable.

What is the team composition?

We’ve been working with two people from their side, including their digital production assistant.

How did you come to work with Coalition Technologies?

I found them through one of their ads on Facebook. After seeing their ad, I contacted them and asked some questions about what exactly they could do for me.

How much have you invested with them?

I haven’t spent anything at this particular time, but I think the cost of this project would be around $2,700–$10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2022, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website has yet to go live, but it looks awesome. Also, the entire process has been great, and they’ve actually exceeded my expectations.

How did Coalition Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve managed the project very well — whenever I give them a specific task, they’re able to deliver it within 2–3 days. For communication, we connect with them via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strongest point is their ability to understand our vision and provide us with different options that align with what we want. For instance, I wanted my website to be able to tell a story to customers about how to dress, and they managed to exceed my vision and even come up with their own ideas to further entice customers to engage with my site.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I can’t think of anything at the moment.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to go in with a vision in mind, be upfront with your needs, and don’t be afraid to use some of their ideas.

I came across a type of ad for them to win a free website dev. from them and thought I would give it a shot & see if it was real. I was skeptical.

I dont know how to describe everything in detail and they are going through this with me step by step. However, they have been making sure my wesbite speaks directly from the business goals and etc. They implemented simple marketing techniques into the website and are adding personality to it.

I’m working with one individual named Fae & they are a digital production assistant.

Not yet! But i am very very happy with how the website is turning out with what I have being so little. I was skeptical but Im glad the ad was real and that I have their support. It really makes a difference for me.

Fae is very welcoming and straightforward. My opinion/thoughts are consistently heard and added. There are things I havent considered that they added in as an effect to make the website more unique

They’re friendly and professional! They work fast too! Ive had a lot going on personally and they’ve been very patient with my response time

Not that I can think of!

Head read good things about them and specially how they were familiar with my store's shopping cart.

We made it clear that our site was having issues ranking and we were unsure of the cause. They put together a detailed plan to check the site from top to bottom and consider all areas.

I would say 3-4 people.

The report found many issues. Fixes may take 3/4 months on my part to complete but a lot of areas I had complete overlooked so I am thankful that SEO Coalition did a deep dive.

It was mainly handled over email. I gave them access to my Analytics to check data and afterwards we discussed the project over the phone.

Lack of communication. When there was delays in completing the audit they kept me updated.

Not sure but I can think of some I'll edit this later.

They gave us many new insights that we are confident will help us gain a better position in search results, and therefore be more competitive in our unique market.

This whole project has been great right from the start. I have a beautiful new site and they listened (really listened) to what I wanted and needed and proceeded with that information

Not really, she sent videos detailing their progress, listened to my feedback and performed quickly and with finesse

The challenge that I was trying to overcome was the eye-catching website without having to speak and it basically does it for me.

I found coalition technologies on Facebook and we communicated via phone and email. They made me feel comfortable and very professional services.

I applied for a website to be built and I pitched my idea to them. They review it as a team and decided that it was a great idea. The next process was basically checking emails and being proactive with responses not to delay the process.

The project include my vision, every step a member of the team reached out to me, and the final steps were just amazing. just breathtaking I just stood there speechless! Yes, WordPress where I am able to self-manage.
