I needed a way to deliver professional sales training and coaching through an app for large corporations. These trainings would include a dynamic chatbot for practice as well as traditional multiple choice options on quizzes. The data would flow to a website based dashboard as well as through API in established Training Solutions. Deliverables - Integration with IBM Watson Assistant,iOS and Andoid app with login access and connectivity to our database. A secure database using AWS. A website front end to manage everything.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mykola Smorgun, the business lead from Lumi Ghot was the key differentiator. I have strong product knowledge and expertise, but I am not a technical developer. He led the project and helped me by anticipating issues before they came up. We designed the system to be more secure and more flexible for the future. It allowed me to over-deliver to my clients and earn more business. He also help guide me through budget decisions on where to invest developer time, even at the expense of maximizing his profit. This is why I came back to him year after year for other projects as well. It was a great experience and I would recommend anybody building sophisticated software solutions to work with him and his team.

Mykola and Lumi Ghost team delivered on time and when there were delays, I knew well in advance. I was never surprised by changes to our timeline; every decision we made that impacted the delivery time was clearly discussed ahead of time. There were a few times when my client required new features not in the original scope. The Lumi Ghost team handled them well, gave me accurate estimates and help me prioritize our development needs. They were a true long term partner.

Mykola build a strong relationship with me from the start, he wanted to know everything about my clients and what the product would do for them. Developers typically dont do that, they just focus on delivering what you asked. Because Mykola knew my ultimate goal and understood my business, he was able to help me design a better product, it was like he was my internal CTO.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Lumighost, Inc. could have done differently?

I was very impressed with the leadership and team. I think they should offer a full outsourced CTO service, because this is the level of service they provide.
