The scope of work covered a full SEO management and optimization program for the Sahabat Pegadaian website. The vendor handled strategy development, content optimization, on-page and off-page improvements, and provided regular performance reports. Key deliverables included keyword research, optimized content production, technical SEO audits, and continuous monitoring of organic traffic and keyword performance. Throughout the engagement, the team consistently aligned SEO activities with our business goals, contributing to significant growth in visibility, traffic, and lead generation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered strong measurable results. Organic clicks increased by nearly 92% year-over-year, from 1.15 million in 2023 to 2.21 million in 2024. Organic impressions also grew by more than 167%, reaching 62.3 million. In addition, keyword rankings and content performance improved significantly, resulting in higher visibility, stronger brand presence, and a consistent increase in qualified leads throughout the campaign period.

Their project management was excellent. All deliverables were completed on time and according to the agreed schedule. Overall, their performance was excellent and aligned with our expectations. One area that could be improved is developing a deeper understanding of the client’s products to enhance content accuracy and strategic relevance. Additionally, article review requests could be scheduled more gradually to allow smoother coordination on our side. Despite these minor points, their flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to collaboration have been consistently impressive.

The management carried out by cmlabs is quite good. They respond quickly to complaints or issues that need to be revised.

However, it is recommended that website optimisation or improvements from a technical perspective be accelerated. With the capabilities of the talented IT professionals at cmlabs, we request that solutions to website errors be found more quickly.

Despite this, overall communication with the cmlabs team is excellent. Their performance has been very helpful to me as I navigate digital marketing on my own. They even frequently remind us if there are matters that require our approval or review. This demonstrates how attentive they are to our development and our business.

Areas that need improvement may involve fixing technical issues on the website. If it previously took two weeks to resolve an issue, the next time it might take a week or even a few days.
