For what projects/services did your company hire Smiling Pixels?
We had an outdated website which they have helped develop to a high standard.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were looking for a web designer and came across Sikander work. He's presentation of how everything will unfold was very professional and structured, which put gave me piece of mind.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We begun with Figma where Sikander laid out the way the website was going to look. Then we went and implemented this on a temporary domain, then we migrated to our domain and later on we added all the content we wanted onto the website.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with Sikander and Ali through a whatapp group in which they were constantly giving me updates. We used Figma to lay everything out which was a great way of collaborating

Our project is currently not live atm.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Brilliant, communication from their team was clear even on the difficult aspect of the project, a zoom call was arranged to find solutions.

Their initial presentation and constant communication of the project's progress were impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We could use email for delivery instead of whatapp, as sometimes in a chat messages can be lost.
