We faced significant challenges in maintaining high performance during rapid scale-up, balancing data security with regulatory compliance, optimizing costs in the midst of rapid growth, and ensuring high availability across multiple regions.

CloudZenia implemented AWS ECS with Fargate to run scalable microservices, enabling KYCKART to handle traffic surges effortlessly. Used AWS CodePipeline for CI/CD, configured IAM for secure access, and deployed globally with Route 53 for DNS failover. KYCKART benefits from pay-as-you-go efficiency and ensures high availability across regions.

I’m the CEO of v500 Systems | AI for the Minds. We've developed our own AI-based SaaS solution. We leverage AI to extract critical information from lengthy and complex documents quickly, focusing on accuracy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cloudzenia provides AI development and cybersecurity services. The team has developed a tailored OCR to extract text from Polish documents. They use Python and AWS. Moreover, we’ve leveraged AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, VPC services, and GPU servers for AI. Although we started slow on this project, Cloudzenia has made a number of changes and improvements over time; the product is constantly in development.

We’ve worked with 3–5 teammates from Cloudzenia, including Mayur. We started the project with two teammates, but the team has escalated up to five.

How did you come to work with Cloudzenia?

We kind of bump into each other. The first teammate I met was Ashwini. Their team was ambitious, knowledgeable, and skilled, and they were very capable of doing research, so I knew it would be a good relationship.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $50,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of our main success metrics has been this one: When we extract information from 500-page-plus complex documents, the tool is much more accurate than ChatGPT, which makes me very happy. Cloudzenia has met our expectations, so I wouldn't work with anyone else. We've established a good relationship, we understand each other very well, and we work hard.

How did Cloudzenia perform from a project management standpoint?

Cloudzenia is capable of meeting deadlines, but we focus more on results because AI development is extremely difficult. An update can't be done within an hour, for example. Most of the time, their work requires R&D. We have frequent meetings to test the product and see what works and what doesn't. The team uses their own project management tool, and we communicate via Zoom and WhatsApp.

I would like to give a shout-out to Mayur.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Cloudzenia's can-do attitude. They’re smart and know what they’re doing. As mentioned, AI development is very complex, but Cloudzenia has achieved excellent accuracy. I don’t think I could achieve this with someone else. Moreover, one of the good things about Cloudzenia is that they can provide more resources if needed. They're very smart developers and savvy experts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could communicate more often, but the team is working so hard, so we don't want to interrupt them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don't have any particular advice. I could recommend having a structure, but looking back, ours has been an ever-evolving project, so having a structure might not have worked.

Optimised Setup for Media Streaming: Cloudzneia has setup the data streaming service as well as bit rate streaming with huge eciency. Our application transfer data in TB every hours but the cost we pay for that is very less. Its just because Cloudzneia has set this up in really nice way.
CI/CD Pipeline Eciency: They implemented CI/CD pipeline for all the backend and frontend application with integrated test cases and ecient build time.
Real-Time Monitoring and Alerts: They have setup real time monitoring with status cake and logging and metric monitoring in new relic. This work perfectly fine and we are able to achieve 99% uptime.
Faster Search Results: Cloudzenia team suggested the integration of OpenSearch which improved visible search query response.
