As teams adopt Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot or their own model catalogs, agent spend often grows faster than the value it delivers. In most organisations, the excess cost sits in the setup rather than in the agents: the most expensive model used for routine work, context filled with output the agent no longer needs, no budgets per team, and review capacity that falls behind.
We work in two situations. For organisations getting started or moving beyond pilots, we select agents and models on the client's own code, design the setup with budgets and caps from the outset, and support the first teams through the rollout. For organisations already paying for agents, we identify where the spend goes and fix the setup around their existing tools.
Our work covers model routing, LLM gateways and proxies, budgets and hard cost caps, repository context, test and review gates, documentation rules and hands-on training.
Every engagement starts with a usage review at no charge, followed by a three-week Agent Cost Baseline or Rollout Plan at a fixed fee. We measure savings by replaying the client's own merged changes and count a saving only when it shows on the bill and quality holds.
We are independent of model and tool vendors. We do not resell licences or tokens, and our recommendations follow what works best for the client. We work inside the client's environment under a data processing agreement and report by team, never by individual developer.

The deliverables and the project were done on time with additional time for changes. The team was very open to changes, even to content, that has been first approved in design sprints/reviews. We had the feeling, that the team was focused on our success.

The team communicated clearly and expressed their concerns openly, which resulted in smooth communication with the end client.

Their team approached everything very humbly, but not too humbly. They were not shy about communicating directly with the end client, being one of the biggest investment banks in the world. They spoke their minds through the collaboration and quickly understood the issues we're trying to solve.

Everything was ok and definitely, we will work with them in the future.
