The project we did with Clouds on Mars had few steps:

1. Investigate and understand learning needs re: data analytics & Power BI by conducting deep dive sessions with the business (done by JTI & COM)
2. Create knowledge assessment that will automatically assign users to one of three learning levels and notify them via email about next steps (done by COM)
3. Prepare learning program for Intermediate and Advanced level of knowledge based on specific business needs that we have prepared
4. Deliver trainings (both online and on site formats)
5. Prepare automatic post-training assessment that will measure training participants' progress and notify them about the result (done by COM)

Clouds On Mars provided first class customer service and project management. Everything was always delivered on time, even though we have been sometimes changing our requirement on the go. Clouds On Mars was very supportive, understanding, and proactive in helping us and finding the best solutions for our needs. Also, Clouds On Mars staff is very responsive and kind and whenever we had any new item to be discussed or question to be answered, we got serviced in no time. Really, I wish all the vendors worked in such professional and easy going way.
