Investigate and understand learning needs re: data analytics & Power BI by conducting deep dive sessions with the business (done by JTI & COM)
Create knowledge assessment that will automatically assign users to one of three learning levels and notify them via email about next steps (done by COM)
Prepare learning program for Intermediate and Advanced level of knowledge based on specific business needs that we have prepared
Deliver trainings (both online and on site formats)
Prepare automatic post-training assessment that will measure training participants' progress and notify them about the result (done by COM)
