They also provided a prioritized roadmap for improving the security, governance, scalability, and operational management of the environment as the Fair Market platform continues to grow.

The project resulted in a more structured, secure, and manageable AWS environment. Fair Market now has centralized access management through AWS IAM Identity Center, organization-level governance controls through Service Control Policies, and a clearer AWS account structure. Cloud Solutions also produced a detailed architecture diagram that improved visibility across the environment and its key dependencies. In addition, the architecture review identified concrete security, governance, and operational improvements, which were turned into a prioritized roadmap for the next stages of the AWS environment.

We needed to host WordPress on top of AWS Cloud for a production workload with minimal management responsibilities required. In a short time, Petar’s team managed to offer us several architecture options and thoroughly explained the differences between all of them.

After a short discussion with our customer, they started working on the one option that most closely matched the requirements and budget of our project. Once everything was set up, they managed to build multi-step CI/CD processes in order to allow our developers to deploy quickly and keep delivering continuously.

We were using an on-premise infrastructure and we wanted to migrate it on the AWS Cloud. We had 3 main requirements that needed to be achieved - stable, scalable and cost efficient.

After several overviews and meetings, they created a detailed plan of the services that were going to be used, proposed several different infrastructures and gave us different cost for each. After we made our choice, they started building and automating it from the scratch.

At the end, we had everything automated and we managed to release several times a day without interruptions.

After few talks, we signed the contract and they were onboarded. They started with some infrastructure propositions and changes, which turned out to be our bottleneck. After that, they created a nice cost presentation and proposed us a cost optimization plan, that we believed in and gave them a green light to implement.

They managed to improve our infrastructure significantly and reduce our costs by almost 40%, which was an instant ROI for us.

Normally it's hard to manage a project that is done remotely with third party company, but that was not the case with them! The communication was easy, and their work was done transparently - we knew what they were doing at any point in time. They had daily standups and wrapups with our developers and combined with Jira for planning and tracking, it was just like running our internal team.

The most impressive thing was how fast they managed to understand our infrastructure, pain points and actually start with their work.
