Tini Mini Toys is an online business specialized in selling wooden educational and outdoor toys. I am the CEO at Tini Mini Toys.

For what projects/services did your company hire Clever++, and what were your goals?

We hired Clever++ to develop our online store on Magento and also to provide support and maintenance for our platform. Over the time, they upgraded the platform, fixed any issues that arose and maintained the platform to a good standard.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After talking with some Magento agencies in Cluj, we started gathering proposals and we chose Clever++.

The work started in 2017 when the online shop was built using Magento version 2.1. Clever++ have implemented a data-feed manager module, through which the suppliers add the products in the tiniminitoys database. There is a real-time synchronization between prices and stock.

The module contains a very advanced admin section, where data-feeds are defined, depending on the format in which they come: csv, xml, or txt. Mapping of the attributes is also done here, and the necessary filters are created, in case only certain products from the respective supplier need to be imported.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were mostly in touch with their Project Manager and Magento Team Lead at their Cluj Napoca office, but there were other back-end and front-end developers working in the background.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team managed to successfully develop our online store on Magento 2 and keep it updated to the latest versions. During the collaboration they came up with suggestions that made our platform more friendly to the users.

The workflow for the main task of building the website was really good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The time of response of the team when unexpected events occurred was always perfect. The team is open to any suggestions that we have and they deliver the tasks in a punctual manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were no issues and we decided to continue the collaboration, and use their services for maintenance and support.

Our collaboration with Clever++ started in 2019. We are an NGO and psychological practice that deals with children and adolescents with socio-emotional, behavioral or developing difficulties, and the Clever ++ team was kind enough to support our cause and donate their expertise and time to develop our website. When we decided to build a small shop into our website, the Clever++ team was the primary choice for us.

We planned every step and deadlines right from the beginning. Along the way, the team constantly delivered mockups, and the project ran smoothly.

We constantly kept in touch with Ana and Tibi. There was also a Frontend Developer and a QA working on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After we launched the online shop section, the number of sales on our website increased. The product pages are appealing and informative and the shopping experience is easy and intuitive.

We had weekly meetings with the Project Manager and the development team set up a dedicated Slack channel for easy communication. They were open to our suggestions, and they always came back with relevant arguments why we should choose a solution over another.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Due to their extensive experience with eCommerce projects, their solutions proved to be a real plus. We now have a modern and intuitive social shop that produces good results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot say that something went wrong. Both sides had busy schedules, but these issues were soon overcome and the Clever++ team adapted to our timings.

I am the CEO of Razadi SRL, company that owns Cupio.ro. We are a well known cosmetics brand that has it's headquarters in Romania.

We hired Clever++ to to get our e-shop in top shape for last year’s Black Friday. The Clever++ team developed a custom module that easily creates landing pages, and most importantly, avoids website downtime when shops are presented with high traffic.

The project was a success and we decided to hire them to handle the support and maintenance for our e-shop.

We had a kick off meeting where we planned every step in detail. From there, the team constantly delivered mockups and wireframes, which were submitted to our management team to be approved.

Ana, the Project Manager was our point of contact. There were also Backend Developers, Frontend Developers and a QA working on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After we launched the project we saw an increase in the number of sales on our website. Customers love our site and the shopping experience is far superior.

We had daily meetings with the Project Manager and we kept in touch through our dedicated Slack channel. The tickets were placed in Jira, so the work was handled in an efficient and transparent manner. Every time we required a change, we set up Zoom calls and the Project Manager was open to our requests.

The company has extensive experience with eCommerce projects and at every point of the project, they gave us solutions and informed us about the benefits of the chosen actions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Because of the busy schedules from both sides and because of the tight deadlines, we had some short communication issues at the beginning, but they were soon overcome and Clever++ adapted to our schedule.

Our website was created in 2007 but was not made as an e-commerce, we rebuilt the website, on a different platform, with a new structure, optimized for sales and increased traffic.

After re-launching the website we had an increase of 60% in traffic, organic growth, hence the e-commerce update we had conversions on site that couldn't have been before.
