We wanted to grow our business and create brand awareness, so we needed help with public relations.

Clearbox helps us in the area of local media, digital PR, and social media. They’re positioning us in a way that brings awareness of our company to people in the industry.

I work with the owner, an account executive, and a client manager.

We did research online and looked at their previous work. We found them to be our best fit.

We’ve seen an increase in sales in sectors we never expected to. “They have made us $5,000–$10,000 extra per month for the business.

How did Clearbox perform from a project management standpoint?

They have weekly calls with me and daily contact when we’re trying to execute certain things. We communicate via email and also get monthly reports from them.

They tell us what will give us a return on investment and are very professional — they under-promise and over-deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve worked with PR companies that overpromise and underperform — Clearbox is genuine, and I like that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Giving them an understanding of the brand and tell them precisely what you want to get out of the engagement. If they organize a weekly call, make sure you engage with them to get the best return.
