Leigh managed a fortnightly payroll for a team of 11 professionals, including psychologists, developers, and administrators. She would oversee bookkeeping for two companies, including handling inter-entity loans within a trust structure.

Leigh also developed a fortnightly financial dashboard for Full Potential Psychology that presented key metrics, including income and gross profit, with adjustments for inter-entity loans to ensure accuracy. This dashboard provided leadership with a clear overview of financial performance and supported informed decision-making. 
In addition, she created a custom Excel tool to extract data from the company’s marketing platform, GoHighLevel, enabling effective split testing of lead generation campaigns. The tool included simple instructions, allowing team members to independently input new data and continue using it without technical support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Leigh managed payroll for a team of 11 staff—psychologists, developers, and admin—on a fortnightly basis. The process ran smoothly and on time, helping the team stay focused without payroll delays or issues.

She also looked after the bookkeeping for two businesses within a trust structure, including managing inter-entity loans. This meant the financials stayed up to date and accurate, which made tax time and reporting a lot easier.

The financial dashboard she built gave leadership a clear snapshot of income and gross profit every two weeks. Having this regular reporting helped with quicker, more informed decisions around staffing and spending.

The marketing tool Leigh created made it possible to pull data straight from GoHighLevel and compare how different lead generation strategies were performing. It saved time and helped identify what was actually working, which led to better marketing results overall.

It feels like working with someone operating at a much higher level, which adds a lot of unexpected value to the business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Clarity Accounts & Bookkeeping could have done differently?

There were no major issues, but as with any small business, clearer upfront scoping around priorities and timelines could help make sure both sides are always on the same page. That said, Leigh was always open to feedback and quick to adjust when needed.
