1. Rewrite ebook
2. Provide cover art, get it ready for digital sale
3. Set up an Amazon author profile
4. Get a landing page/sales page on Home Previal for the book
5. First draft of a paid 7-day email course
6. Establish all your social media channels
7. We have to talk video: what you're capable of filming, because you have to be the face of this thing
8. Set up private community, whether it's Skool or somewhere else
9. Create a content calendar for July and August

Day 31-60

1. Test the pipeline to the paid community

3. Ramp up content production for your website + all social media channels (sounds simple, but we're talking 10+ pieces per platform per month, in some cases more)
4. Ensure brand and message cohesion between all accounts, continue to build social presence (lists, engagement, etc.)

Day 61-90

1. Look at the data and see what's started working, double down on that
2. Produce website content at breakneck speed, begin ranking your site organically, then break that content down into social media content
3. Assess pipeline and view sales, health of the free group, and iterate based no feedback from members of the paid group
4. Form the next 90-day plan, iterate based on the information we receive

Some of the work is still in development, but Josh did create a very well written Champion piece for my website
