I hired Citric Sheep to take over a broken video editing app that another team couldn’t get working. The app was slow, constantly crashed, and took days to process footage. Citric Sheep completely rebuilt it from the ground up into a fast, reliable desktop application. They focused on fixing performance first — what used to take days now takes hours. 
Then they added smart AI features, automatically detect sshaky or overexposed clips, understand scenes, and separate speech from background noise to identify where filler music could be placed. The final product is a signed macOS app with a simple interface that outputs a ready-to-use video file and XML project for Premiere Pro. Key deliverables:
