BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of the Farm Approach which is a program for teaching kids grit.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire CIRCA3, and what were your goals?

I needed a short video introducing the Farm Approach for my website as well as twelve mini intros for each monthly challenge.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found CIRCA3 on the internet and decided to set up a phone call with them. I was called back by the founder, Kasey. He was a great listener and even helped me figure out exactly what it was I was wanting with these videos. I knew after speaking with him on the phone that I had found the right company.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Kasey and his assistant came to my house to set up all of the equipment. They put so much effort into every detail--the lighting, the background, adding a plant here or a coffee mug there. They had my script loaded onto the prompter and had me record each segment twice for editing.

In between recording, Kasey would give me some suggestions about using my hands when I speak or keeping my body more still, etc. He was professional and friendly and the whole experience was a lot less stressful than I anticipated.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked directly with Kasey and he was always prompt in getting back to me. The editing process was faster than I had prepared for and the quality of the videos was way beyond my expectations. They do an incredible job!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I will be posting these videos to my new website and instagram account soon and I can't wait to see the effect they have on my growth. It's nice to have a product that was done so professionally to put on my website. I'm so glad I made these with Circa3.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Circa3 is great at communicating. Whether by phone or email, they are never hard to reach and they really work with you on your schedule and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Circa3 was so incredibly personable. I felt like they really wanted my ideas to come out in these videos and to help me put forth the best product that I could.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all. I've been so happy with Circa3!
