What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was very successful, with over 100% increase in engagement online and volunteer sign up and attendance was beyond what we had anticipated.

Project management was professional, detailed and developed a close working relationship that he was able to really understand our needs.  Items were deliver ontime and oftentimes ahead of deadline.  Our requests and needs were taken care of promptly and professionaly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with their promptness and creativity in handling our needs. Taking the time to understand our unique organization and taking the message out in a clear, engaging and understandable manner to our audience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Churchill Strategy could have done differently?

Sometimes, things are very secured. There are multiple steps to ensure the security in the transfer of information that we find cumbersome.  Need to educate client more on the computer process as modules are integrated with the website.
