I was looking to grow my company and increase my web presence, so I hired Chizz to create my website.

I’ve seen a 3x sales increase within a year. Also, a lot more customers are calling us after seeing the website.

I’m the founder of Pivden, a massage and wellness services company focused on relaxation, recovery, and stress relief.

What challenge were you trying to address with CHIZZ?

We needed help creating a strong brand identity and developing a professional website for our massage studio. The goal was to build trust, attract new clients, clearly present our services, and create a modern online presence that would support business growth from the very beginning.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CHIZZ handled the full scope of the project, including branding, website design, development, and SEO. They created our logo and brand identity, designed the full website, and developed a responsive, mobile-friendly platform. They also implemented basic SEO setup, including on-page optimization and technical improvements to support search visibility.Regarding the website, CHIZZ was responsible for the full design and development, including the structure, UX, and visual design. They integrated the booking system, optimized the site for mobile devices, and implemented SEO basics. I prepared the content, but they structured and formatted it for the website to ensure clarity and usability.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the website's launch, it became our main source of new client inquiries. We saw steady growth in organic traffic and an increase in booking requests through the website. The improved UX and SEO setup helped increase visibility in search results and convert visitors into paying clients. Booking requests through the website grew by around 20%–30% within the first few months.

How did CHIZZ perform from a project management standpoint?

CHIZZ managed the project in a clear and organized way. They explained each step so I always understood what was happening. The whole website was finished on time, within about two months as we agreed. They were easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when I had questions or feedback. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was that they really understood my business. They didn’t just make a nice website — they helped me create a full brand. I also liked that they paid attention to small details and supported me during the whole process.
