China Payroll handled employee onboarding and employment contract administration, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws. They managed our monthly payroll processing, including accurate salary calculations, payslip preparation, and timely payroll delivery, as well as individual income tax withholding and filing in line with local regulations. In addition, China Payroll took care of employee registration for statutory social insurance and housing fund programs, making sure all contributions were correctly calculated and paid on time. Throughout the engagement, their team proactively monitored compliance requirements, supported day-to-day employment administration, and provided reliable ongoing HR support, allowing us to operate in China with confidence.
