I’m the founder and owner of Spearhead Events, an event management and wedding planning company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cheers Creative Agency LLP?

I wanted to build my brand, and I’d gone to a couple of companies before Cheers Creative. I needed a website, content, and presentation, so I was starting from scratch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cheers Creative built my brand from scratch, including the company logo, business cards and other collateral, and the website. They made a short promotional video, which I used with clients. They also helped me with social media and some other content.

What is the team composition?

They always came to my office, so I don’t know what the full size of the team is. There were at least three people working on my project. One worked on content, one on design, and one on the logo.

How did you come to work with Cheers Creative Agency LLP?

A mutual friend referred them to me. I looked at other companies as well, but I liked the work that Cheers Creative had done. I wanted an English touch on my website, and not a typical Indian design. It needed to be appealing to anyone, no matter where they were in the world.

They were a young team of passionate people, and I identified with them. I was impressed with the demo and templates they gave me. They understood my requirements from just one meeting, and they got a sample ready just a few days later.

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost was $3,000–$3,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

The initial project with Cheers Creative was between August–October 2016. I started the collaboration just after launching my company. The website took seven days to complete. I’ve gone back to them for brochures and other small work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website they made is classier than the typical events website in India, and the video was a very smart way of getting my brand across. I’m using the same website three years later, and I’ve gotten excellent feedback from clients on the creativity of my branding. 50% of my success ratio is due to Cheers Creative’s presentation. I couldn’t have asked for more than that.

How did Cheers Creative Agency LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very flexible and comfortable to work with. They look at what the client wants, rather than just coming up with their own inputs. They were always prompt in giving me answers and estimating how much the work will take. If they committed to a timeline, they delivered accordingly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They delivered everything I asked for, they came up with better ideas than what I had in mind, and they understood what I wanted much faster than the other companies I approached.

Cheers Creative is a friendly company, and I can always rely on them. They’re the only agency I’ve worked with, and they never gave me a reason to consider a second option.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing as such. I’ve never faced an issue in getting my work done with them. They’re doing very well as a company, and I find that their experience is increasing year by year. Their owner is always talking about work when I meet with him. He’s quite a workaholic.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I can give any kind of creative work to them, and I’m confident that they’ll deliver. They ensure that they don’t deviate from the client’s requirements, and they treat the client’s brand as their own. I’ve referred a lot of people to Cheers Creative.

We needed help with design and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They were given the entire work of designing the website, league and team logos, and branding. They even managed our social media accounts for the first three months. They took care of Facebook and LinkedIn.

We started working together in January–September 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They provided great branding. It’s impacted the way the world looks at us. I got a lot of compliments. When you have more than 15 million people watching a match on TV, the logo and branding need to be strong. They did a good job of that. I was quite satisfied with the work. They were flexible and made as many changes as needed. Their work has helped us expand our reach and improve our brand and recognition.

How did Cheers Creative Agency LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was on point. They managed things very well and were very flexible with their work. They always delivered before the deadline. We had a WhatsApp group that we used to communicate. Everything was managed in a professional manner.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were available 24/7. They were operating from India, and we were in Ireland. There was a difference of 5.5 hours. My other partners were sitting in Canada which had a difference of another 12.5 hours. They made themselves available to pick up any calls or answer emails 24/7. It made my work very smooth and easy. They also have very innovative ideas.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they were up to the mark. I was satisfied.

Have the freedom to come up with your own ideas and they will respond to you.
