That they didn't only deliver the work that was in the briefing, but always made improvement suggestions, regarding further options but also better solutions to save time and budget. They're rare people with a scope like that. They're always trying to get the best result and maximum efficiency.

The projectmanager and the programmer were a really good team and we are really looking forward to the next project together.
