We needed help with the cryptocurrency tax principles of the Polish market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Due to the nature of our business, all details of the process are confidential. However, I can share that we’ve had different projects with CGO Legal, the last one being related to cryptocurrency tax principles. They’ve also provided us with business consulting services.

I’m mostly in contact with one of their directors.

They were referred to us by a mutual contact.

We started working with CGO Legal in January 2015, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

Our collaboration has been very successful, with our best metric being how happy our clients are. Overall, we’re very happy with CGO Legal’s services.

How did CGO Legal perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been excellent. We communicate mostly using email, phone calls, and SMS.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with CGO Legal’s professionalism and ability to come up with solutions quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that CGO Legal could improve on.

At Connexusfit we focus on recruiting and staffing via social recruitment tech & techniques within the field of IT. I am currently the CEO and Director of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

I wanted to address questions in regard to potentially moving a company to Poland and how it should be structured. I also wanted to take a look into the cultural and workforce demographics of Poland. So essentially a business feasibility study including tax and legal implications.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To understand the legal and financial/ta implications of moving a company from Poland from another country and how it could be beneficial or not.

The team consists of sales managers, recruiters, and recruitment trainees.

I did some research online and identified them as a potential partner for my feasibility study

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I can share salary calculators that were shared with me from CGO group, I can also share Tax calculators as well. I did not record my meeting with them, I just took notes. The meetings (In person, in their office, and online prior to in-person) lasted about 3 hours in total and were a good amount of time to complete my study with them. 

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a fantastic job. Jakub was very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions and provide good guidance on how I should proceed forward. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their depth of knowledge on both EU and Polish Law and the different avenues I could take in order to save on tax or avoid potential pitfalls work dilemmas within the Polish marketplace.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would say no, they did a pretty good job, so I am not very critical with them. They were pretty attentive and followed up with my in a professional manner, which is not always the case. Long story short, I recommend working with them if you need any support in market research, Tax Law, Accounting Services, or Immigration Law in Poland.

The scope of our collaboration encompassed comprehensive legal support, starting from consultations and the explanation of the challenges we were facing. It included handling all necessary formalities and communication with all parties involved in the process and extended to representing us in court and keeping us informed about the progress of the case. Key deliverables included:

• professional representation throughout the entire legal process

Positive court judgment and effective debt collection.

From the beginning to the conclusion of the case, we were well-informed. Answers to our questions were provided very quickly. The entire matter was resolved swiftly, given the constraints related to the functioning of the justice system.
