Their ability to take requirements and build exactly what I wanted. This is a very rare trait. And most of the time, they used their expertise to build features that I didn't even think of. They did incredible work.

None really. I think maybe the change in pricing that they had provides less flexibility, but they worked with me every time for us to come to an agreement.

CC Creative was tasked with a very large project to redesign the entire UI for our two-sided marketplace. They had to follow an existing flow of functionality, but give the entire platform a fresh, clean, modern look and feel. I'm sure well over 100 pages between mobile and desktop views, and a new logo to create.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CC Creative completed our entire redesign for both desktop and mobile, and created a new logo for us, all in two months time. They work quickly and with high quality. They are also very pleasant and easy to work with, and are great at working and communicating with both non-technical founders, and engineers. They created different options for different pages for me at time, so that I could see variations and choose what worked best. They also did probably 30+ variations of the new logo so that I could see every possible option before landing on the final version. They were patient, efficient, talented, and I would be thrilled to work with them again in the future.

We communicated on a daily basis via Slack and through the comments on Figma. I never questioned what was going on or the progress that was being made. They were always on top of things, and when they were waiting on me for something, they would continue to make progress in other areas and never stopped and waited for a response. They are excellent at switching between different areas of a project seamlessly, and communication was never an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am always usually disappointed with how quickly others work. It seems that a strong work ethic and working hard and efficiently is a lost art these days. However, CC Creative Design consistently impressed me with how quickly and efficiently they worked. Every day I had new pages to review, and I love that in many cases they gave me different options to choose from. They made suggestions and pushed back when appropriate, listened to me, and always took direction and feedback very well. They are also very kind and easy to work with and have excellent communication skills. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I genuinely do not have anything that I wished would have gone differently.

We hired CC Creative to design and implement static pages using Webflow. They also designed the initial UI/UX for our mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CC Creative was responsible for designing and implementing several static website pages using Webflow. These pages included the landing page, terms of service, and help pages. Additionally, they provided UI/UX design for our mobile application at an early stage of the project. The main deliverables included Webflow-based static pages and design files (UI/UX mockups) for the initial version of the mobile application.

The engagement lasted from March 2023–November 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CC Creative has delivered functional Webflow-based static pages and complete design mockups for the initial version of our mobile application. This has allowed us to validate the layout, structure, and user flows at an early stage. Although we don’t have formal user testing metrics, we consider the project successful based on the timely delivery of the agreed-upon assets and positive internal stakeholder feedback. This feedback has helped us move the product from concept to concrete implementation.Our stakeholders have mentioned that the delivered designs have made the product vision more concrete, improved clarity around user flows, and facilitated smoother internal discussions and alignment during the early development phase.

How did CC Creative perform from a project management standpoint?

CC Creative’s project management is well-organized and responsive. They consistently provide deliverables on time. In many cases, they complete work faster than expected, which helps keep the project moving forward. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

We’re particularly impressed by their ability to think alongside us. Beyond design execution, they provide valuable suggestions and ideas that help clarify feature definitions and product direction.

There aren’t any major areas where we feel changes are necessary. The project has run smoothly overall.
