Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

CC Creative was tasked with a very large project to redesign the entire UI for our two-sided marketplace. They had to follow an existing flow of functionality, but give the entire platform a fresh, clean, modern look and feel. I'm sure well over 100 pages between mobile and desktop views, and a new logo to create. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CC Creative completed our entire redesign for both desktop and mobile, and created a new logo for us, all in two months time. They work quickly and with high quality. They are also very pleasant and easy to work with, and are great at working and communicating with both non-technical founders, and engineers. They created different options for different pages for me at time, so that I could see variations and choose what worked best. They also did probably 30+ variations of the new logo so that I could see every possible option before landing on the final version. They were patient, efficient, talented, and I would be thrilled to work with them again in the future.

We communicated on a daily basis via Slack and through the comments on Figma. I never questioned what was going on or the progress that was being made. They were always on top of things, and when they were waiting on me for something, they would continue to make progress in other areas and never stopped and waited for a response. They are excellent at switching between different areas of a project seamlessly, and communication was never an issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am always usually disappointed with how quickly others work. It seems that a strong work ethic and working hard and efficiently is a lost art these days. However, CC Creative Design consistently impressed me with how quickly and efficiently they worked. Every day I had new pages to review, and I love that in many cases they gave me different options to choose from. They made suggestions and pushed back when appropriate, listened to me, and always took direction and feedback very well. They are also very kind and easy to work with and have excellent communication skills. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something CC Creative Design could have done differently?

I genuinely do not have anything that I wished would have gone differently.
