Cassovia deployed a totally new website design for us. We provided the design template and guidelines, but leveraged Cassovia's consultancy on certain design choices we were not sure about. We also required a complete change of the search engine, indexing another site's content into the search, and also doing a custom implementation of an OpenAI-based search.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A working website that was thoroughly tested and does not have bugs or unintended behavior.

Communication was always very clear and fast. Expectations that were set were almost always met. If we experienced hurdles (e.g. unexpected short testing because of tight deadlines), we always reflected on this and learned for the future. In this way, I found that the project management was very honest, open, responsive, and most importantly open to learn and iterate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cassovia Code could have done differently?

Setting expectations clearly before going into a task (e.g. scope - if testing is included; and expected time commitment). However, this we have already improved drastically in our collaboration. I would also suggest to strengthen Cassovia's design resources, as often times clients need more complex advisory - and this is a piece where Cassovia can create a lof of value.

• Transparent Offers: Develop features for transparent display and comparison of insurance offers and financing options, allowing customers to make well-informed decisions.

The Angular team was given the task of developing specific sections of the new web application concurrently with our native app team. These sections included registration, login, my account, payment methods, and CMS integration for the customer. The development process followed an agile approach.
The web team was led by developers from Cassovia. They demonstrated a high level of independence, maintained professional communication with the customer, and collaborated effectively with the native app team. The development work was conducted under time pressure, and the team managed to meet a strict deadline, successfully deploying their portion to production with minimal errors

The development was completed in 14-day sprints. At the end of each sprint, we conducted a sprint review and demo, where we presented the results of our work to the customer.
