Since we were an S corporation, there were a lot of taxation services needed. They helped with all of that from the beginning.

We were only involved with Carl (CPA).

A business partner introduced us.

We spent $400 annually.

Our partnership lasted from 2012–2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our entire engagement was seamless, and it was a positive experience working with Carl. He was accommodating, handling everything promptly. He was accessible to answer any questions we had.

How did Carl C. Shade, CPA perform from a project management standpoint?

Mostly, we spoke to Carl annually. Every once and a while, I would contact him with a question related to recordkeeping and anything else that came up. While we didn’t meet in person, we wanted someone familiar with local rules and regulations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

His responsiveness. He was very responsive to our needs.
