We engaged Carducci Films to produce high-end video content for our platforms and listings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Carducci Films worked with us on the video production process from start to finish. They started by helping us develop the concept for the video and the story. Then, they used their own cameras and microphones to shoot video content showcasing our properties, neighborhoods, and communities. The team also directed the video and was responsible for post-production tasks, including editing and audio mixing.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Luis (Film Director) and a few other team members from Carducci Films.

How did you come to work with Carducci Films?

I'd known Luis for many years and had seen his work develop. I watched his team create high-quality commercial real estate content unlike anyone else in the industry, so I was excited to engage their services once the opportunity arose. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Carducci Films from July 2020–November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Carducci Films produced high-quality, compelling videos that have helped us garner new business. The team has captured the essence of our properties and neighborhoods in a very candid, authentic, and relatable format. Since working with them, we’ve started getting more calls from sellers, buyers, tenants, and landlords wanting to do business with us after seeing our videos on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. 

How did Carducci Films perform from a project management standpoint?

Carducci Films always submitted deliverables on time and within budget. We used Trello to manage each project and communicated via phone and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Carducci Films has created videos that resemble Oscar-winning films; they’ve nailed every project. They’ve been able to deliver high-quality videography and compelling storytelling, which has set them apart from their competitors. Nowadays, anyone can create a video with their phone, but no one can provoke emotions and generate excitement like Carducci Films. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing Carducci Films could improve on.

The best way to get a great result is to let Carducci Films do their thing. If you give them the creative freedom to bring their vision and input to your project, they’ll exceed your expectations.

I'm the Global Product Trainer at KARHU, Finland's legendary sports brand. In my role, I create all educational content for retail, website, and medical outreach. In addition, I am responsible for the curation of global activations and resources for all product launches and marketing initiatives at retail.

Our company hired Carducci Films to produce a series of videos designed to market the launch of a brand new product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Carducci Films before on earlier projects, and he also came highly recommended from another fitness/wellness company that we work closely with.

During our most recent project together in Finland, Luis created an engaging and visually stunning story for an upcoming global product launch. This particular project required several days of shooting in a remote and unfamiliar part of Finland.

Luis was very helpful with regard to location scouting, idea generation, and keeping team spirits high. He began each day with a detailed inquiry on what we wanted to accomplish, during which he would provide insightful feedback and his own creative ideas. Based on our conversations, Luis would draft up an in-depth shooting schedule that helped to set the wheels of our story in motion. In the evenings, Luis made sure to review the events of the day with us and set goals for the following day. In addition to his keen eye and imaginative mind,

Luis is amazing at keeping the team on task, collaborating with other creatives such as photographers and marketers, and making sure everyone on set feels comfortable and an integral part of the project.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with Luis on this project. When our time in Finland came to an end, he had a working draft of the final product ready for us rather quickly. I am super appreciative of how smooth, painless, and efficient Luis made the post production process, and my company is thrilled with the final product!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final videos have been shared on Youtube, Instagram, the KARHU website, and an internal training portal for retail all to very positive feedback. In the first few weeks since the product has launched, we've watched it climb the ranks over our competitors in the trail category.

Luis is an outgoing and ambitious director/producer. He is easy to communicate with, and he made sure that we were all on the same page at the beginning and end of each day. In addition to an efficient filming schedule, he was quick with edits and to produce the final product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are an incredibly talented team who leads with an abundance of enthusiasm, skill, and creativity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None.

I’m the brand marketing manager for Fleet Fleet Inc., a specialty running franchise with over 250 stores across the US. I work closely with a team that produces brand content used for paid advertising and organic social video content.

What challenge were you trying to address with Carducci Films?

We’ve hired Carducci Films for multiple video production projects over many years to grow our brand awareness, acquire more customers, and expand our community.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Carducci Films has helped us shoot and edit multiple videos we’ve used for small and large brand movements. These projects have included organic social videos such as shoe reviews and how-to tutorials featuring either members of our staff or professional athletes. Their team has also helped us produce imaginative and artistic videos in collaboration with our vendor partners.

When we created our new brand logo in 2018, Carducci Films produced a video for us — that was the first project on which I collaborated with them. First, our team put together the original concept. Then, we worked closely with Luis (Film Director & Producer) to ensure everything flowed well and the concepts came together in a cohesive and compelling story. Recently, we worked with them to create our new brand anthem video, which will serve as a commercial video for us to be launched in 2023.

For every project, We first provide Carducci Films with a written brief that includes our general goals, objectives, and ideas for the video. This brief also details how we want the video to look and feel, how it will be used, and what timeline we have. Then, we have a meeting with them to ensure the timeline aligns with Carducci Films’ capabilities, and we take it from there. After that, Carducci Films uses their own film equipment — cameras, Easyrigs, and sound equipment — to film the video. Then, they handle the video editing and audio mixing.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked mainly and consistently with Luis. He brings other people into our projects as needed. For example, we’ve had small projects where he’s the only person involved, but on our most recent project, we’ve had various people on set.

How did you come to work with Carducci Films?

Carducci Films had already worked with my company before I joined, so I already knew they were dependable, professional, and fun partners who delivered beautiful and compelling products.

What is the status of this engagement?

My first collaboration with Carducci Films started in April 2018, and our collaboration is ongoing. Still, they had been working with my company since before I joined.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our brand logo launch project was an important milestone for our brand. We shared the video created by Carducci Films at a conference with every store owner across the country who owned one of our franchises. It was a huge celebratory moment for us to state who we were and what our new brand looked like.

We’ve also posted that video on our YouTube channel. Even though the video is four years old, it doesn’t feel that dated, and we still share it to showcase our company to new hires.

How did Carducci Films perform from a project management standpoint?

Carducci Films has always been on time and on budget. Our projects are very collaborative, and they always give us very good feedback on whether concepts will work or not and which adjustments we need to make.

We collaborate in various ways. At the beginning of projects, we have frequent phone calls to touch base. We also exchange emails and have Zoom calls whenever we need a more in-depth call to talk through a concept or script. During the editing process, they share content via Vimeo so that we can comment on it and share our feedback easily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Carducci Films' willingness to go above and beyond their line of duty to acquire a deep understanding of our brand is impressive. After a long time working with them, they’ve become a trusted partner — we trust their process. Over the years, they’ve developed a strong understanding of our brand, how we want to express it, and what feels authentic to us.

As a specialty running company, our content usually relates to running. Still, Carducci Films has always done whatever they’ve needed to get the shots we want, whether it means running alongside runners or shooting out of the back of a van. They’re always resourceful, creative, and dependable, and we always get excellent products from them.

Come in with a clear picture of what you’re looking for and what you’re trying to communicate. Additionally, be willing to meet with them and talk through your objectives and expectations.

I am the Co Founder and creative director of Soul Flow House.

For what projects/services did your company hire Carducci Films, and what were your goals?

We hired Carducci Films to Direct and Co write a Short Film in a form of Documentary to capture the magic the happens once a year in Montauk NY during Camp Soul Flow, a curated music immersion that ends with a Live performance.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

His prior works with other companies and artists gave us the confidence and artistic trust to give Carducci films the freedom necessary to create a unique and wonderful product.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The video portraits in detail and with tasteful footage the creation of a music group (The Beach Girls) in Montauk NY, during Camp Soul Flow. A Music immersion program that Soul Flow House curates on a yearly basis.

Every meeting, rehearsal, performance was capture in a very natural way by Luis, his approach was so smooth and understanding of the process that at no point the camera felt strange in the room or the performance venue. The interviews with the band members and the crowd were very warm and capture the essence of what our Program is all about. The editing of the footage was very efficient! The adjustments suggested were easily resolved with very fast delivery.

We worked directly with Luis, our process was very open, extremely creative and fun.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After having this video in our hands our program had a way bigger audience due to the amount of people that engaged with this content.

Luis provided a schedule, order of ideas during the activities already established by SFH. Daily reminders and follow ups via group texts and emails.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The creative direction, the passion for story telling, the meticulous process to get the best possible shot but always effortlessly.

We couldn't ask for a better experience during the process of creating our documentary

I’m the co-founder and chief design officer of a branding and design agency based in Miami. We create different branding and communications materials for clients such as brand identity systems, brand strategy, naming, and packaging.

We were trying to capture and tell our story as a studio. We also wanted to communicate our value to our potential clients. As a result, we hired Carducci Films to help us tell a compelling story.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Carducci Films was responsible for creating our storytelling strategy and storyboarding. They also handle our pre-production, filming, post-production, and editing. In the end, they submitted a reel and compilation of short-form social media reel capsules.

What is the team composition?

We worked with one main point of contact and he delegated everything to his team.

How did you come to work with Carducci Films?

We found them through word-of-mouth. We also saw some of their work from other business owners and different brands, and we were impressed with the quality of their outputs. After talking to them, we decided to make something together.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration ran from January–April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The team’s quality of output was top-notch, and we received fantastic feedback during the soft rollout we conducted. We shared Carducci Films’ work with a few people that we trust and whose inputs and insights we valued. External stakeholders also mentioned that they loved how the story was presented and how it made them excited to work with us. Overall, we would love to share our video with more people.

How did Carducci Films perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they perform really well. We established a rough timeline, but it was a little loose because it heavily depended on weather constraints and a few other things. However, we were able to plan everything and ready to go for the day we initially anticipated. 

Overall, our project didn’t have any major setbacks, and the entire project moved very fast. If anything, we stalled the project a couple of times, but Carducci Films was always there for us to keep the ball moving forward and the momentum moving at every stage of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their creative process coupled with their human touch was impressive. They also had a strategic inquiry for storytelling. Above all, they were experts and they knew how to execute at the highest level.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They didn’t have any areas to improve, and we were really pleased with every stage of the project. Their team just needs to keep doing everything they did for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand what type of story you want to tell and identify the big vision of your story. Once you have that, they’ll be able to help you articulate your story.

We wanted to create a promotional video that showcased our installations and our tap room.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended by mutual friends. We looked at their work and spoke with their team and felt they really understood our needs and how to accomplish them.

We met and scouted the brewery, the tanks area, the process, the tap room. We then planned what were the most important aspects to be shot and showcased. They came in on another day for the shooting day and did their work.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Luis, the producer and director, and his crew that helped with the camera and lighting. We thought they were a great team, organized and efficient.

We got a lot of engagement and brand recognition after the promotion of the video.

They were great in letting us know the time that it will take for the whole production. We scheduled a day when we were not too busy so we could get the necessary shots. They stuck to their shooting schedule and didn't miss anything,. Luis was always in charge of the big picture and they had a producer in charge of the shooting crew.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with the way they understood us and paid attention to our business identity. Luis was very thoughtful of digging deep into our identity and making sure we created a product that was true to our roots and philosophy. He didn't want to just make a video, he wanted to make our video. Apart from that, we were really impressed on the friendship bond in their crew. They really were connected more than other crews.

We honestly think they did their job in the best way possible.
