Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the PM of Young Tailor, a technology company that has five years’ experienced. We have a customer all over VietNam, and we have a collab with dozens of partners.

For what projects/services did your company hire Capi Creative Agency?

Throughout our operation process, we delivered a lot of successful methods for our customers. Now we want to broaden our business, and we believe a beautiful website with standard UI/UX will generate more partnerships. Due to lacking in-house resources, we determine to outsource, and Capi Creative is the one that matches our requirements.

What were your goals for this project?

When our new website is launching, we can narrow the gap between our potential customers and us. And also an innovation in the amount of lead traffic.

SOLUTION

How did you select Capi Creative Agency?

One of our company’s partners introduced Capi and said that they had a good experience with the business. We did more researches on their projects and products uploaded on Dribbble and Behance sites and contacted them directly. I can say that the partner didn't lie because Capi owns excellent customer service.

Describe the project in detail.

We hope to launch this website asap, so both of us have an agreement of the estimated time for the project was 1,5 months. We appreciate the effort of their team to finish tasks on time.

We had a sitemap, wireframe after three weeks, and the final version in time. In the time of the project, their expert also provides helpful information on how to optimizes design or website to get leads.

What was the team composition?

We have a high standard for what we have done, and it is much more when we are creating a product that presents for us. We had worked directly with an account and a manager, but we appreciate their design staff too.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This website has given us a new way to reach customers. Besides, the new website channel is beautifully designed but still ensures its clarity and understandability so that we can code efficiently.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have some trouble with the communication tool at first. After receiving our response to this problem, the account quickly changes to another application (Slack), and it improves the effectiveness of our work. And the most impressive thing is the timeline was compliance.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As I mentioned above, the enthusiastic and professional team makes us satisfied. Timely is also a highlight spot in this project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Communication tool, I think they should provide various tools for this.

I needed a company to develop my app idea. I had no expirience whatsoever in App development and also little money.

What were your goals for this project?

To launch a first version of the app.

How did you select this vendor?

I looked for many app development companies in Vietnam and Capi Creative had the best Website and most beautiful sample projects.

Describe the project in detail.

First they asked me to send them some App designs that i liked and then based on that they would develop some of the first screens. I could always watch their process through the Figma link they sent me and when i had questions i could always ask my advisor via whatsapp even outside her normal worktimes.

What was the team composition?

in the beginning i got an excellent plan with a overview about how long the project will take, who is working on it and how long and for what work i pay in detail. Then i got assigned to a whatsapp group with the project manager and my advisor. Through the whatsapp group i could resolve any ocurring problems immediately.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result is a very beautiful and stable app which has to be launched yet. I'm very happy with it. Espacially with such a good Pricing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good. I could always watch and comment on the design in real time and my advisor was super friendly and helped me many time outside of her actual worktime which she wouldn't have to do. And i could always call them if i wanted to ask or discuss something.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their price performance ratio. They allowed me to develop my idea into a professional app which meets the highest standards in every aspect. And all that for much less money than other comparable developers. I would not have been able to take the risk and try out a new idea if it wasn't for Capi Creative Design due to my limited budget.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. For that price compared to other companies the team is already overperforming and i'm happy that i found such a young, motivated and easy to work with company.
