SPOTIO was looking for a talented UX designer to join our team in Poland and work with the Product team in the US full-time. We were looking for someone curious, excited about UX, and with some experience. This person would play an integral role in serving as a liaison between the Dev and Product team, and bring good energy to the team.

They were always prompt in responding to our inquiries and kept us updated on the progress of our search. CandidFuture also took the time to get to know each candidate on a personal level, which allowed them to provide us with valuable insights into each candidate's strengths and weaknesses.

One of the things that impressed me most about CandidFuture was their communication skills. Staying on top of everything, being very friendly and helpful, and going and extra mile to get us a great candidate. And they did!

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I was convinced to cooperate with the individual approach to our recruitment needs. Experience in the IT industry and high communication skills were also important. CandidFuture quickly gained our trust by presenting proposals for a plan to carry out recruitment processes.

The main goal of the project was to recruit candidates for the roles of Producer, Game Designer and Game Developers. CandidFuture was responsible for sourcing, job presentation and HR interviews. The candidate search included: Poland, UE, countries of the former USSR

Hiring success so far: Producer, Game Designer and Game Developers.

We do not have recruiters in our Team, that's why I cared about quality, experience and trust. I had direct contact with a recruiter from CF. We solved the difficulties on an ongoing basis. I consider the workflow very effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Human oriented, Their quality of services was impressive, they acted on the company's best behalf

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the beginning of our cooperation, I had to spend some time to introduce and explain our specific needs in detail to the recruiter to the specifics of the gaming industry. However, it turned out to be a win-win for both sides in a short period of time in terms of first hires.
