The goal was to find a Producer, Unity Developer and Game Designer. The challenge was to expect the client to let the newly hired work stationary. However, the company guaranteed support in relocation to the Polish capital. Therefore, the search for candidates was not limited to Poland. We were looking for specialists from Asia, Central and South America and Europe.
 
Our Tech Recruiter achieved response rates above 50% for each role. Thanks to various search sources, the company submitted 5 cooperation offers within 3 months.


### Video Department
Our client was a part of the most dynamically developing media group in Poland. Currently, one of the largest press publishers, radio, and TV broadcasters and website owners. 
The client needed support in forming a completely new Video Department from scratch. 
We have successfully recruited 12 specialists, including manager's position—Art Director, as well as, Motion Designer, Creative Director Assistant, Playout Operator, Sound Engineers and Operators/Editors. 
The video department has significantly strengthened our client's position in the media market.
