We needed help with a full website redesign and migration for a client. We also needed help developing a proof of concept and developing another e-commerce webshop.

Byteex has handled the website migration, 301 redirects, application, custom development, UX/UI design, and content creation. The team has migrated the website to Shopify, set up the website, migrated data, set up CRM systems, and created custom development. The team has also made a seamless Magento to Shopify migration, UX/UI, custom-made features, full brand design, and linked the website to ERP.

Working with Byteex has been a game-changer for our business. They’ve helped us build and launch several webshops in a couple of weeks. Our conversion rate has gone up from 2% to 3%, and we’ve seen traffic growth and no SEO dip, which has led to a sales increase.

Athletic Enzymes is a new private-label brand targeting active lifestyle adults. It offers a comprehensive, natural approach to boosting digestion and immune systems and reducing inflammation. From my rough concept, I hired Byteex to develop and complete end-to-end eCommerce experience for individual products and bundled protocols. Built on Shopify and Klayvio, Byteex recommended a theme and other components while designing a clean and professional UX incorporating a celebrity sports endorser. 

We iterated on all aspects of the brand, including the product label design, photography concepts, pricing, and positioning, while incorporating all of these concepts into the website. Over three months, we iterated on each concept until launching a complete end-to-end solution in September.

I've found Vlad, Max, and Eve, as well as everyone else in the company I've interacted with, extremely receptive to my ideas (not all good), responsive to new concepts and issues, and very knowledgeable about the Shopify platform and plugins. Their technical skills are excellent, and we resolve any problems quickly.

Now that we have launched, I'd like more criticism regarding our purchase conversion rate and how that could be improved.

I reached out to the Byteex to give my store’s online presence a boost. First, they tackled my website’s loading speed; it’s much faster now, ensuring my customers can shop without unnecessary wait times. They then reimagined the look of my site, making sure it not only matched my store’s personality but also looked great on mobile devices.

Through a design tool, Figma, they presented new layouts which we refined together. Most interestingly, they tested different versions of my product pages to see which design encouraged more purchases.

My store loads faster, directly contributing to a 21% drop in bounce rate. The design tweaks, with A/B test findings, boosted my sales conversion to 4.7%. Customers are clearly connecting with the updated look.

Driving outcomes a little more every now and then. Sometimes that means pushing back on us when it comes to deadlines. We can't just keep piling work onto them and them say yes to everything. Sometimes need to push back in order to stick to some of the due dates that are set. They're almost too accommodating at certain times of the project.
