The firm was engaged to deliver a full executive search process for the appointment of our Chief Executive Officer. Their scope extended from upfront consultation and role definition through to candidate identification, assessment, shortlist presentation, referencing and final appointment support. They took the time to understand our organisation’s strategic direction, leadership needs, operating environment and the personal and professional attributes required for the role. The key deliverables included a clearly articulated CEO role brief and candidate profile, targeted market mapping, proactive search and approach of relevant executive talent, thorough candidate screening and assessment, presentation of a high-quality shortlist, detailed reporting on candidate suitability, interview coordination, stakeholder management, reference checking, and assistance through offer negotiation and appointment.
