I'm the product marketing manager in KNU software team. We are dealing with software tasks any level of complexity with strong UX expertise.

We hired Wordstir agency to create templates for our outbound goals in order to get higher reply rates and ultimately sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We booked few calls with freelancers and found Wordstir on LinkedIn occasionally. Booked a call via website and after brief discussion we felt strong expertise and decided to give a try.

After a kick-off meeting we filled the detailed order form, so Wordstir team can better understand our value proposition, target audience and other details. We needed templates fast, so we choose to get them in 1 week. In 1 week they delivered email cadence with was absolutely different from ours and eventually performed much better.

They've assigned account manager and template writer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received response rates that were two times higher than we had previously received. We will surely cooperate on other templates for other industries. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fast and to the point, I'd say. We completed the entire process in two weeks, beginning with an introduction meeting and ending with order delivery. We appreciate it when everything happens quickly and with high quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The depth and creativity they demonstrated in the email cadence were surprising.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The approach they have a bit surprising at first, but I think that is why it works.
