Buildermind transfered substantial amounts of existing video data from an outdated AWS system into a more user-friendly, cost effective solution within Backblaze. During this process, they also upgraded our video transcoding into a more efficient, automated system.

Their project management is great. They're always reponsive via email and never hesitant to jump on a video call and walk through a project as needed. Everything was delivered on time, within the scope of our project plan, and any roadblocks or complications to the project deliverable were handled efficiently, effectively, and with all data communicated clearly, so we could make the best possible decision on moving forward.

The personal nature of their service, and their dedication to being connected with their clients, is like nothing we've ever experienced with other technology companies we've worked with. What challenges were you trying to address with BuilderMind?

We needed help building a custom software for a data-driven AI application. The project required a robust frontend design, a chat interface, and an AI backend.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BuilderMind developed a fully functional prototype of our AI ETL tool. The team built the responsive frontend using React and the backend using Node.js. The product integrated, cleansed, and visualized multiple data sources without relying on traditional BI tools.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

BuilderMind delivered a working prototype in 3–4 weeks, while similar MVPs typically take 8–12 weeks. The team enabled a rapid proof-of-concept demonstration to potential clients and investors. We saw an increase in customer engagement and the number of customers interested in the trial version of our product.Moreover, BuilderMind successfully integrated multiple data sources into a unified platform without traditional BI tool dependencies. The team automated data cleaning and transformation using AI agentic workflows. They also built a responsive, production-ready React frontend with an intuitive UI and deployed a functional AI backend capable of autonomous data pipeline orchestration.Additionally, BuilderMind created a demonstrable pilot that we can showcase in client discovery sessions. The prototype validated product-market fit for the AI ETL concept with real working software. We also generated a tangible asset for sales conversations and partnership discussions. Overall, the project positioned our company as an innovator in AI-driven data engineering solutions.Finally, BuilderMind reduced the prototype development cost by leveraging skilled offshore/contract talent. We avoided 6–12 months of internal R&D by accelerating to a working pilot. The team also created reusable architecture that can scale into a production product.

The prototype successfully showcased the core capabilities we needed to move forward with our AI ETL platform.Additionally, BuilderMind's communication throughout the project was excellent.
