I’m the founder and owner of a naturally derived line of sunless tanning products.

We wanted an accountant that could give us feedback to make sure we were filing our taxes correctly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brown Edwards takes care of all of our accounting needs. They make sure we pay attention to deductions.

We work with Danny (Accountant).

How did you come to work with Brown Edwards?

Our accountant grew up with my husband. He’s a personal friend, and we know he’s good at what he does.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $1,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in March 2018, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Danny is really good about helping us keep track of all of our tax documents.

How did Brown Edwards perform from a project management standpoint?

He’s great. Danny answers all of our questions, and he always gets back to us in a timely manner. We communicate via phone call, email, or text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We feel confident in Danny’s ability as an accountant. We get the best service possible when it comes down to getting the best service possible. If we were to get audited, we feel very confident that everything would be fine.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, every year it’s pretty cut and dry.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to communicate and ask questions if you’re not sure about something.
