BROAD conducted a revamp of our company's Google Adwords campaigns, including goals and strategies. BROAD also redid our website completely with a deep knowledge of our company.

An excellent new website that has the company well on its way towards our long-term goals in marketing, more product focus and now a more comprehensive marketing approach.

BROAD is adaptive and flexible and excited about their work. These are things we share in common with BROAD, and so as their client, it feels as though they are eager to work with us, addressing challenges and opportunities as they come. Broad Digital has been instrumental in helping my company grow our social media following, promote our services to new customers, and provide back-end customer support to existing customers. Over the years, our needs expanded and Broad was able to grow with our needs and provide exceptional client service and well thought out recommendations and strategies. 
Broad Digital has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to help my team at all hours of the night and help with crisis communications outside of the everyday expected and engaging content. This team knows how to move the needle and what it takes to create a highly regarded online presence and company brand reputation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increase in followers and referral traffic to website from both paid and organic posts. Broad became an extension of the organization and heavily supports Customer Service by managing all the online Chat for the organization.

Broad has excellent time management and client communication skills. They proactively communicate any concerns and provide well-documented information and expectations. Someone from the Broad team always responds in a timely manner whether it be in email, messenger, slack, text, or carrier pigeons

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to do what the client needs done to help make the clients business a success. Broad has bent over backwards to ensure that our needs are met - they have staff in multiple times zones worldwide that are able to facilitate the load outside of regular business hours. Broad doesn't subscribe to the typical agency expectation of only doing what is in their Scope and knows that the success of my business contributes to the success of their business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BROAD Digital Consulting could have done differently?

Agencies are hired for their expertise in specialized areas and while some agencies try to provide services that are not necessarily in their wheelhouse, I respect Broad for not trying to veer too far off what they are good at by becoming generalists in every area.
