We had several options available for our branding but what stood out to us was the attention to detail they took when constructing the story.

The built the brand image and defined the our mission statement. They created our Logo which we love and says exactly what we want to convey to our audience. They defined out brand colors, fonts and style. They created a very detailed company story that portraits who we are and what we offer.

They had a great team. We communicated mainly with Gustavo but also sometimes with their designers who were very attentive and easy to talk to.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our audience immediately responded to our updated branding. We have seen results right away, leaving a burning impression that has generated increase interest in our company.

We communicated regularly. They asked all the right questions and from there they took our information and truly studied the market.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most unique about them is their dedication to delivering the best possible result. They are very confident in their ability to deliver because they are professionals who have done this for a long time. They are results-oriented and this is what drew us to them in the first place.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly have nothing to add, they are a great company with a great team.

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with them from December 2020–February 2021. The project took three months to complete, and I still ask them for support every once in a while.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were very creative, very strong in the design and graphic part, and overall, I was pretty satisfied with their work. I haven’t launched the brand yet so I can’t measure the results, but they really helped me organize my ideas, and gave me all the tools that I needed to move forward.

How did Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great. They assigned the tasks themselves to their team members based on their expertise, and we had meetings so they could explain to me every step of the project and I could pose any question or request. Moreover, they always kept me up to date with everything, such as the naming process, which took a little longer than planned, because I was looking for something very specific and meaningful — that took some time to find, but they always kept me informed on the process and were always giving me feedback. 

We communicated mostly via Whatsapp and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their graphic skills were impressive, creative, and their designs and selection of colors were very beautiful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything was great in general terms. The only thing that I could say is that the first phase of the project took a little longer than planned, but besides that, everything was very good.

They helped us execute a business idea that involved advising us in different aspects such as our company’s finances, processes, branding, and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands provided consulting services regarding our business model. Their work involved conducting a market study and financial planning. After that, they started to launch our campaign.

They also provided branding efforts which included identifying colors and logos and providing naming services. On top of that, they built our presence on social media and one of their focus was to complete our influencers campaign on Instagram.

In total, we worked with 7–12 people. We worked directly with Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands’ project manager, design leader, and CEO.

I researched companies who could help me out with my project, and I started looking for businesses that were doing well because of their vendor’s excellent support. In the end, I found a great company and they told me they all worked with Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands so I reached out to them.

We spent $15,000–$20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration ran from March 2016–February 2018. Our first contact happened in 2014, but we didn’t start the project right away to properly define and execute the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The overall impact of their ideas was great such as the research they did on where to locate the stores. Moreover, we expected to have ROI in 12 months, but we were able to achieve it within nine months. The business model we have along with the team’s ability to execute their ideas were definitely important factors for the success we had.

How did Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands perform from a project management standpoint?

They had a pretty good project management process. As a project manager, I placed great importance on meeting schedules and identifying cost projects. In connection with that, Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands managed to work within the budget we had set and met established deadlines. We were only about a week late in some deliveries, but everything worked perfectly.

The team's communication skills were excellent; it was very fluid. They were always professional and were able to take our ideas and translate them into actions which made the overall project flow and develop smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The external companies I researched who had good business models and had excellent operations all worked with Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands. Overall, the team's impressive work caught my attention.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The metrics of the processes could’ve been better executed. They were not bad, but they could've involved more people in the establishment of those metrics not only the CEOs. By doing so, they could've executed their ideas in a clearer and effective manner.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Projects similar to ours are very important for any business. Sometimes, companies choose to save some money and don’t consider the importance of working with a good company for the initial kickoff of their brand. However, I’d recommend anyone to work with a company like Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands that have a proven track record.

Our logo was outdated, our customer service processes weren’t good, and our brand wasn’t solid. We were looking to change that.

Brnd® Consulting helped us position our brand and update our website. They worked on our logo design, customer services processes, general brand image, color, typography, and everything related to our branding.

The results of the project were excellent; my company is in a great position now, even six years after we had this renewal. The image they created is fresh, modern, and goes great with current trends even over time. 

We had positive feedback from our clients, some of whom mentioned that our company transformed positively — there was a before and after this project.

They were in constant communication; we had in-person meetings every two weeks, and they were constantly reporting all progress in the project.

I advise working with them. It’ll be an excellent investment, and you'll see the ROI in the increase of sales and growth of your brand.

I was the CEO of a sushi restaurant project we were developing in Maracaibo.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands?

We wanted a restaurant that people will go to not only for the food and location, but also for the experience. At the time, my brother and I didn’t really have any marketing experience, so I was recommended to Brnd® Consulting.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Brnd® Consulting as a branding agency to create the branding and design of our restaurant. They made all of the concepts, branding, and architecture of our store. They presented several logo proposals to us and we picked the one that we liked the most.

What is the team composition?

I believe we worked with at least 5–6 people from their team. We had Gustavo (Founder & CEO), Carlos (Head of Design), an architect, and at least 2–3 more designers involved in the process.

I did some research online and evaluated other branding agencies. We also did some marketing analysis that was focused on potential market size and location. Basically, we ended up choosing Brnd® Consulting because they had a lot of branding experience, and we felt that their suggestions would work in the market.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September 2015–January 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I don’t have the exact numbers at the moment, but when we had our launch, we had more than 200% of what we were expecting at the beginning for our sales. We were also able to recover the investment we made in less than a year, so it was a very successful project. 

They were basically the most successful branding agency and had more experience than me, so I just let them handle every aspect of the project. I was so happy with what Brnd® Consulting did, that they inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in marketing — which I did in FIU in Miami.

How did Brnd® Consulting • Better Brands perform from a project management standpoint?

We had weekly meetings with Gustavo either by phone, email, or in person. They gave me updates on whether we needed to make changes to the architectural framework, or branding. Additionally, we had to do several iterations of the neon street sign we had because it was prone to error by the manufacturer. However, their team was always on top of that, and I was always satisfied with their services.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with the results they were able to achieve with us, and their hands-on approach from beginning to end. They walked with us and helped us build a successful business that we probably wouldn’t have able to build, since I didn’t have the branding knowledge at the time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I remember being more satisfied with the branding side than the architectural side, so maybe they could've had a bit more oversight on that side.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would tell them that if they have the budget, they should just go for it. I had a great experience, and I would recommend establishing a good connection with Gustavo, because he will be the one managing the project.

We needed help making a cohesive branding for three of our products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brnd® first tasked a metrics company to conduct a business intelligence study using our up-to-date numbers in the US market. Based on the results, the Brnd® team identified our target audience and created different brandings for three of our products. They created a comprehensive brand identity, including logos, graphics, fonts, and personalities.

We mainly worked with Carlos (Co-Founder & Design Manager) and Gustavo (CEO & Chief Strategy Officer). We also occasionally worked with a designer.

They were organized and professional. To communicate, we used email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brnd®’s team was personable — they established a real relationship with us. They were always open to feedback, patient with any changes requested, and keen to listen to us and take the necessary steps to make us happy. Furthermore, the team was helpful and explained how elements such as fonts or color palettes appeal to the target audience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Initially, there was a slight language barrier between us, but the Brnd® team resolved it.

My advice is to let Brnd® work on their own; they know what they’re doing.

Brnd® Consulting provided us with a branding guidebook to make our business grow, evolve, and materialize. It contained the patterns we needed to create a visual concept for our brand. They also conducted market research regarding the type of persona we were speaking to. Additionally, Brnd® Consulting helped us form our brand’s language. 

It was a collaborative process at the beginning, and later we just handed information to their team.

Brnd® Consulting’s branding guidebook was really useful. It produced the results we were looking for, and we were able to get our business up and running. We used the visual elements they provided to us, and that was all aligned with what we had in social media — it gave us a visual identity and persona.

We used Facebook, Google Drive, and email to collaborate. They were good at communicating.

We were looking for a company that was organic and transparent and would really dedicate itself to listening to us and understanding what we wanted for our project, we evaluated the experience and excellence in its trajectory.

To start with, they interviewed me and spoke with some of our regular customers to understand how people view our brand. Once they had a firm understanding of our brand and company values, they created a complete brand package for us. this included logo, brand identity, and marketing strategy. His team also made changes to our website to include the new branding.
