What challenges were you trying to address with Brnd® Consulting?

We were aiming to improve our brand identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brnd® Consulting did a full rebranding for us — they changed our name, logo, and updated our design materials according to the updated theme. We kicked off our engagement with their team through a brainstorming session wherein they presented a project proposal highlighting their strategies, target reach, and visual designs.

Upon my approval, they proceeded with the brand overhaul. Brnd® Consulting's key rebranding tasks centered on renaming, packaging and uniform redesign, and positioning strategies.

What was the team composition?

We worked with four resources from their team, including two designers, a manager, and a copywriter.

How did you come to work with  Brnd® Consulting?

Brnd® Consulting was referred to us by a client who had worked with them before and who was in the same industry as ours. I was impressed with how their project with him turned out, so I reached out to their team right away.

How much have you invested in them?

I spent about $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from June–December 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw substantial improvement in our company's branding and acquired leads following Brnd® Consulting's rebranding efforts. Our sales also went up by 50%, since both our new and old clients received our renewed brand positively. We knew that their team's expertise produced revolutionary solutions that our clients approved of, and that was our main success metric.

How did Brnd® Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Brnd® Consulting was a very professional and committed team. We saw their willingness to help us improve our brand through their communicative nature and constant accommodation of our needs. Our final presentation ended up being longer than expected, but that was also because we were pleased to report every positive aspect of our partnership that resulted in a successful brand overhaul.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was truly amazed by the brand name that they came up with. Brnd® Consulting made the most of the complete freedom I gave them and provided me with results that evidently increased my company's presence.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would've preferred if the turnaround time was shorter, but their team delivered solutions within timelines, and the amount of time required for this kind of work is understandable.

Provide them with ample information about your needs and goals for the project. More importantly, trust Brnd® Consulting's team to give you profitable results and a great working experience.

We needed help with branding and graphic design for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It was a collaborative process. They helped me with the name, logo, and isotype for my business. They also helped me with the branding materials such as tags and packaging. In addition to that, they had a second area where they helped me with the patterns of the fabric.

What is the team composition?

We worked with only three people from their team.

We saw their work, and we liked what they did.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy with the results. We don’t have any metrics yet because we haven’t launched yet, but I can say that they provided cool ideas.

They were great. They answered us and were available to reach out any time of the day.

They have everything in control. They’re also efficient and creative.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Be clear from the beginning, and don’t be afraid to communicate something that you don’t like. They’ll take your propositions into account and get them done.

After reviewing some of their previous proyects and listening to his proposal.

First, we had a meeting where I explained my vision of the project. They understood the essence of the idea, and developed the branding based on it.

I mainly worked with the project manager, Guss.

The brand has been register to be used to launch the company's image.
